New Yorkers, for fun go to the Wichita, KS craigslist and peruse what my home town has to offer. Oh, that house for rent… it’s in one of the upscale neighborhoods. Imagine the prices in the not-so-nice neighborhoods.

The cheepest house I’ve rented in Wichita was a two bedroom, with washer dryer hook-ups, a full fenced back yard and a two car garage. It was $400/month. Take that New Yorkers.
